Like the Original Buff, the Wool Buff is a great outdoor accessory. Significantly longer than the original Buff, the Wool Buff is a seamless, multifunctional and versatile headwear. We had a nice electric blue Wool Buff to review but it comes in a wide range of colours and patterns.
Made from 100% merino wool, Wool Buff has a silkier feel to it compared with the Original Buff. Merino wool has a number of natural properties including natural microclimate control, anti-odour properties and excellent insulation properties. It also has natural moisture management properties by absorbing and transporting moisture away from the skin to the outer surface where it evaporates. Furthermore, Wool Buff provides UV protection and is flame retardant.
As with all other Buff headwear products, the Wool Buff can be worn in several ways. During colder climates, the Wool Buff can be worn around the neck to cover up to under the eyes which also acts as a barrier to the wind or as a balaclava. On hotter days, the Wool Buff can be worn as a headband to prevent sweat from dripping down to your eyes and as a sahariane to keep the sun off your neck and head. If you are travelling, the Wool Buff can make an excellent eye mask.

Also, as part of the company’s environmental policy, the company has pledged to donate 1% of proceeds from Wool Buff sales to a non-profit organisation which works for the environment.
