A spacious family tent, the Coleman Evanston 4 Tent can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms. The structure of the Coleman Evanston 4 Tent is created using strong wrapflex poles. Its design is similar to other Coleman tunnel tents and is sturdy and should withstand downpours and wind. Anticipating such weather, the designers have incorporated rain protection peaks while a porch area can be created to prevent rain entering the tent.
The Coleman Evanston is pretty easy to pitch up as the inner bedrooms can be pre-attached to the flysheet. This means that the tent can all be pitched up in one go and packed away with the inners still attached to the flysheet. Once pitched up, there is enough standing and a large living area to socialise or for use as extra storage space. Additional space can also be created by using the front door as an awning while its two doors offer ventilation on those rare sunny days during the British summer.
For those that dislike bugs, the Coleman Evanston 4 Tent has a sewn in groundsheet which prevents bugs and mud entering the tent.
As standard with other Coleman tents, the Coleman Evanston 4 Tent has reflective guylines for extra visibility at night. It also has PVC windows to let light in.
